Roo is an award winning photographer based in North London. His studio is in Hackney.
Roo’s portraiture has been commissioned by the UK’s most respected publications including Vogue, The Guardian, The Times and many more. Through Editorial and personal projects Roo is able to work with some of the best Advertising Agencies and brands in the world.
His long-term projects are developed by building trust with communities – conveying his subjects with empathy, emotion and integrity, further emphasised by employing an analogue approach.
His recent publication ‘FOREST: Walking Among Trees’ explores the historical context and modern-day applications of some of the world's most fascinating and iconic trees.
